Sound healing is a vibrational therapy that uses healing frequencies to stimulate, relax, and restore your body and mind. We use 9 hand-hammered Himalayan Sound Bowls carefully selected to harmonize with each other, along with a few supplemental instruments. What to Expect: In a group sound healing session, the bowls are arranged for maximum vibrational impact for everyone in the group, for a relaxing and healing session.
